Some people may experience tenderness during the first few days of wearing our insoles. 

This is because the fluid “exercises” your feet as your foot movement becomes more elastic. 


If you experience any tenderness or soreness in the first few hours of wear, stop, take out the insoles and start over the next day.

It may take a day or two for your feet to become accustomed to the massaging action.

Warranty and Exchange Policy


 Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please note: insoles are considered personal wear items and are therefore, non-refundable.  

However, offers a 1-year warranty for manufacturing  defects on our massaging insoles. Should you experience a defect at any  time during the first year of wear, you may request an exchange by  simply following the instructions below.  

Please read and follow all directions carefully!


  1. Hand-wash and air-dry defective insoles.
  2. Place both clean insoles into the original packaging, and then into a mailing envelope.
  3. Include a copy of the sales receipt clearly showing date of purchase  (if no receipt, tell us the name and location of the show where your  purchase was made)
  4. Include your name, complete mailing address, and a phone number (in case more information is needed to process your request). 
  5. If exchange is requested in the first 3 months we will waive the  shipping/handling/processing fee. From 4 – 12 months this fee is $7.95,  payable to by check or money order.
